Soft Grip Rotary Cutter

Two interchangeable guides; straight slash cutting and curved slash cutting.  Includes one 28mm blade. Designed with comfort and safety features.  No cutting mat is required when using the slash cutter.
Excellent for cutting fabric in Chenille  and rag quilt applications.  Cuts  through only the top layer(s) as the guide can be positioned so that the bottom layer(s) are not cut through.
Convenient for right and left hands.
