EASY STEPS TO CHECKOUT

  1. Add your desired items to the shopping cart

  2. On some devices the cart button does not appear until AFTER you add something to the cart.

  3. Click on the cart button – the cart button is located in the upper right on most desktop monitors and it is located as a bar near the bottom of your screen on most smartphones and tablet computers. You may need to scroll up or down or refresh your window to see the cart button on desktop computers.

  4. At the CART Screen click on CHECKOUT

  5. At the Checkout screen -enter your email, name, complete shipping address and phone number. Click CONTINUE

  6. Choose a shipping option.

  7. Click CONTINUE – here is an area to add a note if desired (optional)

  8. Then click CONTINUE to add your payment information.

  9. Check the box if your billing address is the same as the shipping address you have already entered. If you want your items shipped to a different address, complete the BILLING ADDRESS boxes accordingly.

  10. Enter the name that appears on your payment card, the card number, the expiration date and the CVC number (the 3-digit code on the back of your card)- usually the last 3-digits in a row of numbers on the back of your payment card.

  11. Click SUBMIT ORDER and your happy, lovely fabrics will soon be on their way to you!

 

If you have done these steps and can’t get your order placed, please give us a call or send us a note and we will do our best to help you get your order placed.

Normally if your order won't submit a box will pop up to let you know why. Maybe that a card number has been entered incorrectly, if your shipping address is different from your billing address be sure you have entered the addresses that way,  or if you have left out some information etc.  Fill in the info and re submit your order.

Otherwise there may be occasions when the internet hiccups somewhere along the way and it disrupts the order process.

FAQ: If I resubmit won’t 2 orders be placed and charge my payment card twice?

ANSWER: A duplicate order rarely happens but if we do receive one we will contact you ASAP to check with you about what you wanted to order and INSTANTLY refund any duplicate charges. Etc. back to your payment card.
